CAREER OBJECTIVE:
I believe that development can only take place when the urban or rural masses are mobilized to take active part in their own development. My major objective is to work for the upliftment of underprivileged by associating with a non profitable world wide organization.
WORK EXPERIENCE:

Job Responsibilities:
Community Development Programme:
• A thorough Analysis of community needs in the allotted area and prepare a proposal for development program, monitoring and evaluation of the project.
• Educate the process of capacity building through promoting and strengthening People's organization /committees and make them aware about the role and responsibilities of different civil/govt authorities.
• Promote a developed long-term community centered approach for promoting, strengthening and mentoring of the community in understanding/analyzing the problems to find solution by them.
• Co-ordinate Development Associate and volunteers for their monthly action plan for the Project area.
• Regular meeting with local development committee for local issues.
• Preparation and update of the Management Information Systems (MIS) of the organization.
Micro credit & Women Empowerment programme
• Plan a long-term strategy for the empowerment of the poor women through increased access to resources.
• Programme execution and monitoring related to Women empowerment & community development.
• Educate a comprehensive process of skill impacting and planning for micro interprizes.
• Provide capacity building training programme for SHGs formation and management and co-ordinate SHG staff in creating awareness about on going activities.

Community Health & Sanitation Programme
• Provide trainings to Health Staff on M.C.H and R.C.H related topics.
• Promote the process of building capacity of the target groups on grass root level.
• Addressing the health problems of women, newborn and aged in addition to sensitizing the whole community on better sanitation and environmental practices.
• Organize street plays, community rallies, focused group discussions and house-to-house visit to community to educate them and to give a broad understanding of the related issue.
• To conduct health workshops on various issue and provide need based health care services from community clinics.
Ecological sanitation programme:
• Promote best practices on community sanitation in relation solid waste, gray water & Ground water contamination in the programme area and to implement that on house hold level.
• Create awareness in the mass on water contamination resulting disease while promoting gray water management and ecological sanitation system.
• To implement the demonstration process of urine diversion and solid waste composting for the agriculture use.
• To initiate dialogue and establish network with municipality, Jal board and other related authorities to address the sanitation related issues.
• To form focus groups and orient them on analyzing sanitation issues affecting their livelihood negatively through PRA exercises and consultation process.

Management of Early Childhood Development Programme (ECD)
• Regular monitoring & operation of ECD centers and to assist ECD workers for record keeping, quality education and proper management of the centers.
• Identification of problems related to ECD centers in working area.
• Monitoring of mid -day meal’s distribution at ECD centers.
• Co-ordinate with ECD workers for planning of children’s sports, art, and general awareness related activities.
• To ensure that ECD centers should fulfill the basic standard norm to provide a hygienic atmosphere
and all 0-5 age group children should be benefited by ECD facilities.
