PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Senior Market Research Analyst

As a senior market research analyst, I capture and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to create real estate market feasibility studies, pricing analyses, and regional real estate market trend reports. These studies include regional, local, and project specific sales trends, market conditions, spatial analysis, demographics, comparative property analysis, supply and demand research, and price and positioning recommendations. These studies are then used to create marketing strategies in order to drive sales. Some of my accomplishments in this position are as follows:

• Researching and developing methods to capture reliable and valid sales and listing data; Analyzing data and creating standardized graphs and tables to communicate information in ways that are useful for making decisions by the partners of PrimeTime Communities and our clients.

• Developing research methods to understand the depth of the market; Developing standard methods to identify proposed, approved, and existing supply; Creating methods to measure housing demand in specific market areas; Directing a team to collect information; Creating market indicators that measure supply and demand, and the related effect on project feasibility and unit pricing.

• Creating methods to identify the origin of existing buyers, their lifestyle choices, and purchasing behavior in order to create cost-effective marketing strategies; Analyzing survey data to summarize information about the target market, which is used by sales people to develop selling techniques.
