Supervise the day-to-day operation of all group events and act as a liaison between departments (i.e. Banquets, Convention Services, Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, Purchasing, Audio/Visual) to ensure satisfaction of client and guest.
As point of contact for event coordinators my responsibility is to ensure the meeting space is set according to banquet event order and any special needs are met in a timely manner.
