Scope of Work

Quality management System:-

Analysis of market forecast and Business plan making and implementing for Short term business plan( four quarters) and Long term business plan for three years. Conduct Management review meetings. Quality alert meetings. Internal audit. Facing an external audit.

Create an Objective process measures , Analysis of Target vs Actual analysis for production and quality.

Working in TS 16949 company as a MR role.( coordinator Quality management System.)

Preparing and implementing APQP, PPAP, Internal Audit for ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001.

Certified Internal auditor for Quality management system (Certified by DNV).

Maintaining and implementing the Quality management system.( Documentation and retention)

Sales and Marketing:-

Cost estimation and realization work. Quotation preparation.(RFQ)

Maintaining the order schedule and planning for production based on priority.

Metallurgical Testing:-

Sand testing, Metallurgical inspection incoming raw material testing.

We have working knowledge of windows ( MS word, Excel sheet and power point). With English typing.(speed)

Communicate with supplier and customer at all levels. And Vendor development.
