I have the pleasure of working in the South Florida area for over 17 years. I have worked with L&S Restaurant Company for four years. I have built partnerships in the community and am a part of Cantina Laredo's on going success. Although the economy has had many company's
fold in this recessionary period, it is my relationships which have helped Cantina Laredo remain successful.
I have ventured out into the community helping with school projects, am frequented by various athletic groups throughout the area, and even sponsor a Cinco De Mayo Celebration in May which has become a tradition. I most recently teamed up with NSU in a NOVA's Music Festival
in November of 2008. I am involved in the Chamber, the Latin Chamber, Broward County Schools and am a Board Member for the Soref Jewish Community Center. My innovative strategies for success include catering for the Dolphins Football Team, catering parties for pharmaceutical companies, and others such as Prudential, and DHL. I have helped train other successful Cantina Laredo Managers and always get a five star rating from our Corporate unannounced visits. I have implemented Live Music on Wednesday Nights, and have the capability and experience to make everyone feel at home and train my employees to do the same.
