• Managed full cycle recruitment for the 2011 Finance Leadership Program and Supply Chain Leadership Program. Also, responsible for logistics of interns’ housing, transportation, and on-boarding process throughout Americas.

• Recruit for various levels of positions (exempt and non-exempt) for the entire ITT’s locations: Dallas (TX), Lubbock (TX), Morton Grove (IL), Auburn (NY), Buffalo (NY), Seneca Falls (NY), Fresno (CA), Southaven (MS), Lake Mary (FL), Palm Coast (FL), White Plains (NY), Mexico, Brazil, and Canada.

• Recruit and contribute recruitment efforts toward a team of recruiters to fill open positions for the following departments: Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Warehouse/Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology (IT), Engineering – Applications, and Engineering-Manufacturing.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Research and utilize innovative recruitment strategies to increase candidate pool.

• Post requisitions on various job boards as well as relevant associations and organizations.

• Work with the recruitment supervisor and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of available requisitions.

• Pre-screen candidates by conducting detailed phone interviews, evaluating candidates’ compatibility regarding specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit prior to submitting to Hiring Manager. Track candidates’ activities in Kenexa and 2X Brassring, Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Schedule the phone and in-person interviews with the Hiring Mangers and the candidates for all the company’s open positions (including coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reimbursements forms, and sending confirmations notices)

• Host detailed post interview debrief sessions to finalize the hiring decision.

• Extend offers of employment to the selected candidates under the direction of hiring managers, human resources manager and within the guidelines of company’s compensation policy. Initiate background and reference checks.

• Support Human Resources to prepare the documentation necessary for the start of employment and orientation while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

• Take the project lead during the managers’ absence and resolve project issues under deadline pressure.
