Medley pharmaceuticals limited is a multi-divisional and multi location organization with strong presence in pharmaceutical formulations.

Medley ranks amongst the top 40 pharmaceutical companies in India as per ORG IMS. Currently with 2500 strong devoted employees, Medley adds about 250 staff every year. Medley has state of the art facilities maintaining high quality standards at every stage in manufacturing process with strict adherence to the good manufacturing practices (GMP).


Conducting as-is, to-be process analysis, generating business blue print & validating same from the company.

Documenting the business processes, mapping SAP r/3, identifying gaps and providing required workaround solutions.

Mapped client’s organisational elements to SAP org structure. Defined and assigned the SD related organisation structure in SAP configuration.

Configured and general sales documents for order processing, shipping, billing, returns processing and subsequent processes.

Configured third party sales.

Configuring client’s credit and risk management requirements to activate and check during transaction processing. Worked with FI consultant for configuring credit management and customizing revenue account determination.
