Duties: An independent fill-in dental hygienist performing several hygiene duties, including using a number of dental software for various dental offices throughout Charlotte, Monroe, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Salisbury, North Carolina and surrounding South Carolina cities.

Dr. Monique Hudson, DMD: 2006-August 2007

Duties: Generalized dental hygiene duties. Working full-time with one-two dentist, performing subgingival scaling, in-chair whitening, take home bleaching trays, prophylaxis (adult/child), nutrition counseling, providing treatment referrals and much more.

Dr. Spurgeon Webber, DDS: 2000-2006

Duties: Working in a paperless, digital radiograph office. Ordering hygiene supplies, composing patient treatment plans and discussing financial agreements, making whitening trays, injecting Oraqix, taking digital x-rays and experience with intra/extra oral imaging, administering the Zoom whitening, using the Diagnodent, assisting with the Cerac crown veneer system, taking impressions for crown and bridges as well as for whitening, educating patients on Invisalign and taking required photos and impressions. Dr. Lee & Associates: 1998-2000

Duties: One of four hygienist that provided dental hygiene needs such as: prophylaxis, nutritional counseling, scaling and root planning, using the cavitron, placing fluorides reviewing health histories and educating the patient on brushing and flossing. Also ranked highest producer throughout employment even between “sister offices”.

Dr. Bell & Associates: 1997-1998

Duties: Ranked #1 producer out of approximately 30 hygienist, producing over $10,000/month in 1998. Also motivated patients to complete treatment plans consisting of scaling and root planning, whitening procedures, child dental treatment and purchasing dental supplies to assist with patient care.

United States Army Reserves: 1996-2010

Duties: Dental Assistant Course Manager- Supervised and counsel five dental assistant instructors in twelve-month intervals. Facilitate instructor’s evaluations, course meetings and achieving objectives contained in the syllabus. Participate in professional developmental of subordinates. Promote the development and effective use of skills in areas such as analytical and critical thinking, communication, problem solving and decision-making. Provide instructors with timely feedback and academic information. Assist instructors with curriculum when additional assistance is required. Travel to various locations to provide feedback to higher command and receive standard operating procedure updates.
