Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager/Project Director:
• Proactively manage project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement and integration to achieve client and project objectives.
• Lead and manage project stakeholders including, but not limited to, the client, statutory authorities, consultants, contractors and end-users.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by authoritative meetings management and structured and informative reports, minutes and the like.
• Actively undertake and support marketing and business development by writing proposals / submissions, nurturing and maintaining external relationships and generally promoting the Coffey Projects brand both internally to other Coffey businesses and externally.
• Be familiar with and utilize Coffey Projects’ systems and processes.
• Undertake approved, continuing professional development.
• Carry out additional project management duties as required.

Jan 2011:
Position : Project Manager

Project: Sheraton Oman Refurbishment.
Reporting to the project director managing the testing and commissioning stage and final handing over to the client “National Hotels-Oman” as well as the hotel operator “ Sheraton International”. Coordinating and overlapping the scope of works of more than 23 Subcontractors for the different construction and fit-out activities as well as 5 different major consultants for architectural, interior design, telecommunications and testing & commissioning consultants.
Monitoring the project program of work and develop the required directions to the related contractors and consultants in line with the project specifications, bill of quantities, approved shop drawings and the contract terms and conditions to assure project completion on time matching the required quality by the client and within the anticipated budget.
Mar 2008 till Dec 2010:
Position: Infrastructure Project Manager

Projects : AL YAHAR & AL SALAMAT Residential Complexes. (1108 Villas)-completed
Client : Abu Dhabi General Services Company (MUSANADA)
Reporting to the Projects Director and leading a team of 4 Sr. Engineers. Responsible for coordination between the Engineer consultant of the two project phases (Infrastructure & Villas) and the 5 main Contractors that cover Roads, Water network, Electrical Network, Sewerage, Irrigation/landscaping and Villas construction on this large 1.6 Billion UAE Dhs project.
Recovered from a 7 month schedule delay by focusing on a) clearing pending approvals, b) conducting detailed productivity analysis of contractors and c) developing a new and improved schedule with tighter milestones. Planning to complete the project through overlapping between different activities distributed between the contractors of the project phases to a) assure best quality.
b) complete on time with no delays.
Oct 2007–Feb 2008:

Employer: Ajman Investment, marketing and services- Ajman
Projects : - Drainage System and Roads In The New Industrial Area; Widening of sheikh Zayed Highway; Many rehabilitation Jobs in Emirates of Ajman.
Reporting to Roads Division Manager and duties was distributed between office management as tendering and pricing projects with 250 Million UAE dirham`s planning and procurement plans. Other projects management is day to day plans for sites works and requirements, managing all meetings with project consultants and clients.
Dec 2005- Oct 2007:
Position: Project Engineer
Employer: ERC- Emirates Road Contracting-(Green Land)- Dubai
Projects : -R820/2B Improvement for several Junctions in Dubai
-Internal Roads and Parking in Ajman University Phase-2
Allocated as Project Engineer For Variety of Infrastructure projects in Dubai and Ajman, such as improvement of many junctions in Dubai- R820/2B and the internal roads and parking for Ajman University Phase II.
Responsible and assigned to lead teams of site engineers, surveyors and draftsmen carry out the work of shop drawing production in accordance with contract specification and authorities requirements followed by obtain approvals and supervise execution of works at site and to report work progress to the project manager. Moreover, following with the QS to prepare monthly progress payment claim.
Oct 2004-Dec 2005:
Position: Project engineer
Employer: Al Ula Road Construction & General Contracting.
Projects : -Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion and
-Project No-115- Agriculture Water Supply Pipe in Abu Dhabi
Employed full time as a Project Engineer to look after infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, These projects were the International Airport Expansion Project and Agriculture Water Supply Pipeline no.115
Directly responsible for a team that consist of three working groups to execute all works discipline of excavation, pipe laying, road construction, construction of 9 numbers of water reservoirs, electromechanical equipment installation, connection and finally testing and commissioning for all of the project utilities. Progress was reported to the project manager directly in a daily basis.
