Conceptual construction analysis, Potential mixed-use total project $279 million, construction in three phases $53, $93, $121 million over four years. Over 1.5 million S.F. with site improvements: street grid, LRT bridge reconstruction, improved water retention strategy of the Colorado Light Rail Station

• Formulated the Phase and Work Breakdown Structure to schedule key project milestones, establish overall objectives and to define potential effects of slippage of critical events
