These updates include: editing manuals, 17 interface agreements, operator manuals, project documentation and other technical documentation for consistent application of technical terminology and company standard language and style, including copy editing for grammar, spelling, understandability, and usability. Interface with project engineers, functional support and management to design and improve documentation, to meet or exceed user requirements. As Technical Writer/CMMI Specialist, duties included providing documentation based on the SEI CMMI standards for the Cargo Movement System (CMOS). Worked with a team of six individuals to document, update and maintain processes for each of the twenty three individual process areas.
