SAP/ R3: System Application & Data Processing
SD function:
Sales and Distribution (SD) application component fulfills many of the requirements that supports the sales and distribution activities with functions such as pricing and conditions, creation of sales order with reference, delivery monitoring, Creation of billing document, Posting billing document to account, credit and risk management.
MM function:
Materials Management (MM) processes, including purchasing, goods receiving, inventory management and invoice verification. Track and manage physical inventory quantities and value, as well as support goods receipt processing, goods issue, and goods transfer. Verify invoices against purchasing documents and goods receipts, and block or initiate payments.
SCM (Supply Change management):
Connection with customers, C&Fs, and transporters for an efficient sales distribution
Planning dispatches, stock monitoring, demand forecasting, sales analysis report
Daily Sales Monitoring:
Developed MS Excel interface linked with SAP for monitoring of daily sales and collection performance analyses distributor wise, product wise, & Value wise etc.
Generating various sales report (MCSI) providing data’s of business needs.

The Job Profile primarily includes Operation & Customer Service achieving a high level of Customer satisfaction.
• Invoicing of the Orders as per the Price & Discount Quoted to the Customers and ensuring the timely delivery of the same to them.
• Analyzing Dealers / Customers Back Orders & liquefying it through allocation of available stock items. Executing and dispatching the Material & Branch Orders (Stock Transfers order) in different locations for nil stock items.
• Ensuring proper printing of Location Tags & Deliveries after the Execution of the Orders/STO so that the correct material is picked from the Warehouse Locations. Monitoring Float Deliveries in daily basis & confirm no Deliveries are pending at every month end.
• Making Goods Receipt Note (MIGO) of Finished Goods and Imported Material in SAP system. Receipt of material from the Vendor / IBT and designating the material to its predetermined Locations in the Warehouse, which are same as coded on the ERP System.
• To do Billing entries and to make Excise Invoices in SAP systems for the outgoing items. Generating reports of Excise Invoice and GRN details every month end and submit Excise returns for every Quarterly wise.
• Updating customers Cheque / Demand draft in SAP ERP System and accounting the amount against customer business Code and Invoice documents. Updating Cheque bounce of Customer/Vendor and reversing the documents in SAP System as per company policy.
• Effecting Sales Returns in case of materials being returned by the Customer with proper approval & authorization. Making Price Difference Credit Note, General credit Note, General Debit Note and issuing FRS against customer /vendor claims and discrepancy as per SOP.
• Receipt of the material from IBT/Customer, transfer the material to different storage location and Plant based on material condition in SAP ERP System as per SOP, sending report to HO every month.
• Indenting the fast moving items on regular basis (weekly). Making reports of product wise average sales every month and transfer nonmoving stock to IBT/Central Warehouse with proper approval.
• Involved in negotiation and Finalization of Local Transporter and responsible for dispatching the Invoiced/STN material through approved Courier/Transporter as per the conditions prevailing. Monitoring intransit material until material reach to their respective location.
• Handling Physical Stock Checking, Inventory Control, Preparing Stock Valuation Report and reconciliation of Stock raising PID + and PID- ( physical Inventory document) in ERP System
• Monthly sales tax filing, Monitoring FORM C, FORM F, FORM D & FORM XVII’s and updating in SAP ERP System.
• Reconciliation of sales Tax Annual Statement (VAT & CST) and Excise Annual Statement every year to complete the Assessments.
• Preparing Insurance Claim documents, getting COF from the transporter and sent to HO for clearing the Insurance location material in SAP System.
• Co-Ordinate with customer for various quires through Email, Phone, Doing Follow-up for vendor payment.
