• Customer service dealing primarily with company sales reps, locating and moving merchandise from one location to another, and performing data entry for each request. Tasks also included invoice input, mail sorting & distribution, as well as phone rotation. Received limited training for inventory allocation regarding stock location, stock reporting, restocking, and sku entry/reconciliation.

• Transferred to Brentwood location to assist in processing credit applications, cash receipts, daily reports for inventory and sales. Wrote customer service reports, answered phones, and scheduled customer merchandise pick-up.
• Returned to warehouse to route and dispatch delivery trucks. Continued to perform CSR tasks.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
• Assumed fundraising for local elementary school. Collected monies, wrote receipts, reconciled invoices, and distributed products and prizes. Also contacted parents for collection of overdue funds.
• Created baskets for charity auction to benefit community baseball team as well as a local school. Solicited donations from local businesses and wrote promotional letters to introduce team to popular community venues.
• Team-mom for 2 baseball teams organizing schedules – game times/dates, score-keeping rotation, concessions, etc. – and monitored coaching certification.
• Room-mom for my three sons’ classes scheduling parties and teacher appreciation days. OTHER INFORMATION
I left the working world in 1996 to become a stay-at-home mom. Enjoying the last 11 years with my children, I have gained a new appreciation for the time and effort needed to multi-task and remain organized. It is my desire to contribute to the family income while continuing to remain available to my children.
