Between 1987 and 1997 I completed nine targeted developmental programs focusing on Instructional Design, Performance Consulting and Facilitation. The last two programs were the most impactful on application into my work because they gave me a more precise design methodology (addie model) and taught me to position training for performance change and begin measuring results from Training. They were: Performance Consulting Workshop by Partners in Change, Inc., (facilitated by James and Dana Gaines Robinson), Hartford, CT 1995 and Instructional Design by Practical Management Inc., San Francisco, CA 1997.
