Project World Link (WL) Next-Gen is tasked with replacing the Legacy World Link Suite of Applications with a single core application i.e. Global Payment Processor (GPP) that act as a Disbursement Engine for Remittances and as a pre-processor handing off to Host-to-Host (H2H) for World Link (WL) and Remittances disbursements.

This process was for collecting data from Bloomberg system and uploading it to Mark-it partner web site at end of day. Next day it used to connect to web site, download xml file, parse it, massage the data and make it available to users.

Role and responsibilities:

• Involved in Functional Manual testing.

• Analyzed system requirement and Developed test cases and executed during Manual testing

• Generated traceability matrix to track requirements and associated test cases.

• Verified that XML file send to the vendor had right data.

The Stock exchange will send the transaction file containing account numbers and the amount to be created or debited in members account or stock exchange account. System will allow to upload the transaction file, balance file and account master file generated by other system in bank. System will check the balance and will display success and failure flag for each transaction, after authorization It will generate the text file, which bank user can upload in other system which will credit or debit amount from members/stock exchange account. Also it will generate return file for stock exchange reference to give status of the transactions done.
