2004 to Present Quality Planning Inspection Group Leader Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Princeton, IN Project Manager for: 1.) 2011 Sienna Quality Planning Inspection – projected labor savings > $360K Labor reduction 2.) Cycle time reduction of key airbag inspection from 3 ½ hours to 39 minutes. 3.) Takt time reduction for the entire West Plant Quality Department. A $300K savings. 4.) 2008 Sequoia Major Model – Developed, facilitated and tracked gate progress resulting in the lowest PPHV 63.2, for a major model launch.
