* Manages 35 military personnel in training, safety, welfare, and personal and professional development areas.
* Responsible for establishing a Hazardous Material Program that ensured proficiency for all military personnel within the organization. Writes, institutes, and enforces training/readiness for the organization.
* Delivers the organization’s Unit Status Report requirements to higher headquarters with zero defects.

Performed duties as the Unit Level Logistics System-Ground (ULLS-G) Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC). Served as the Automated Logistics Manager for an Air Traffic Services company in support of the 82nd Airborne Division.
* Monitored logistical operations pertaining to class IX. Completed and managed daily and monthly reports.
* Enforced safety policies to ensure that 53,175 major pieces of equipment were moved without incident.
* Superseded the battalion standard of less than three percent on the Overage Reparable Item List Report.
