• Responsible for building technical support organization in growing Chinese market. Current technical support organization in China is two people with plans to add four more over the next 18 months.
• Develop partnering relationships with Chinese design institutes to provide balance of plant engineering to customers.

• Generate revenue by selling full-scope electrical and automation and IT projects, including opportunities to move process and operating data to client’s cloud servers for companies in the oil and gas business. • Consulted, developed, and implemented on nearly $10 MM projects for businesses ranging from engineering firms to energy to specialty chemicals to medicine.
• Developed and supervised client engineering of detailed IT (including cloud computing and using SharePoint) and process control system roadmap for small, local oil & gas exploration firm. Project included designing control strategies and implementing on PLC-based system, gathering data from the manufacturing process and returning it to the back office system, and developing a plant manager’s cockpit to display all process and relevant financial information.
• Developed and implemented strategic plans for a specialty ink manufacturer. Reviewed client’s supply chain needs, introduced software and processes to streamline, process control, and manufacturing execution software to manage energy, raw materials, warehousing and distribution costs. Contributed to a 30% reduction in operating expenses.
• Worked with client executive suite to develop a firm, detailed, bottom-line focused IT roadmap for a local engineering services company. Performed risk analysis and assited client in development of overall risk management processes. Additionally did detailed review on the evolution of aging software “automation tools” that were developed internally and then replaced with various other tools that needed to be “refreshed”.
