Summary- I am currently a senior at Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. My expected graduation date is May 27, 2012. I am considered to be a very hard worker, responsible, driven, leader, competitive, and a personable individual. My goals are to seek challenging employment to demonstrate my skills in today’s very competitive and changing job market.

Career History & Accomplishments –
Specialty Hybrids May 2011-August 2011
Internship. I worked closely with their District Sales Managers learning sales techniques. I've learned to tailor my approach to meet the needs of my customers. Working closely with the salesmen was not only a great way for me to learn the selling process, but I have gained confidence in selling any type of product. I also scouted 30 different fields for the Western Bean Cutworm. I worked closely with the grower of each field and built good relationships with my fellow coworkers, as well as the growers.
Boezeman Farms 2005-present
Harvest corn/ beans, drive grain cart, plow fields, plant corn/beans, also do mechanical work on equipment. I have also been placed with some of the decision making on the farm. I decide when to sell grain, when to start the work in the fields, and what type of seed we will put in that spring. Many hours are put into running the farm. Dedication must be given in order to run a successful business 12 hours days are very common for operation.
Memberships & Affiliations –
Being on a collegiate varsity team has not only taught me how to become a better person on and off the field, but it has taught me how to become a better teammate and leader. By playing on a team that stressed Christian morals first rather than football first has really impacted me now as well as for the future. I practice these morals in my everyday life with the people that I communicate with as well in the community that I live in.
