Fourteen of the companies (and the corporate headquarters) were successfully implemented on schedule. Implementation expertise includes 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, system validation and cGMP documentation.
Business environment: Manufacturer of a broad line of specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and bio-technology products in six categories (health & pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, agricultural intermediates & additives, performance chemicals, coatings, and bio-technology products), with revenues of about $500 million.

I have an engineering degree and a wide range of business experience. This leadership experience, in both line and staff positions, has enabled me to hone my analytical skills. Working with both management staffs and union/non-union labor, I have developed strong communications and negotiations abilities. I have earned progressive operations assignments because of my decision-making abilities and proven results. Throughout my career, I have been able to introduce efficiencies, cost cutting strategies and operational performance improvements.
