Composing Bell Atlantic & Verizon Yellow Page Advertisements utilizing computer graphics programs,

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Mac Platform.

Responsibilities

Create Spec advertisements for sales from information supplied by potential customer or taken from tear sheets or the web.

Create advertisements for yellow page customers including covers and special features.

Create direct mail material for Solutions Direct product line, Post Cards, Magnetic Cards, Solutions Magazine.

Review copy layout sheets for accuracy and completeness.

Create advertisements for pages and/or covers using all applicable software and make advertisement revisions as necessary. Apply fonts, correct moire patterns and color correct photographs for process color advertisements.

Insures that all necessary art and other ad elements are available.

Follows all quality control practices to ensure 100% accuracy of ad composition.

Scan customer supplied photographs, download images from storage media and Jupiter Images, slides, transparencies, line art, prescreened art.

Correct problems with registration and compensates for dot gain in compliance with vendor specs.

Enhance and color correct artwork, recreate line art and logos, Maintain logo and art library.

Maintain a 97% accuracy rating, at an efficiency rating of at least 10 ad per day.
