Responsibilities:

I was responsible for creating the Requests for Work to update the SAP data with the information received from the field asset inventory being performed on approximately 450 transmission lines. I worked in the Electric Transmission Geographic Information System as part of the Electric Transmission Field Asset Inventory (ET FAI) team conducting data cleansing of SAP. Worked quickly to enable the project team to minimize the amount of time that work was suspended on the T-lines.

Responsible for creating any Requests for Work (RWs) which originate from the field asset inventory currently being performed. Having an Initiate and ensure accountability and timely resolution of requests to other business units.

Concurrently managed multiple work streams having overlapping and various schedules.

Evaluated and processed requests to modify SharePoint data, including data upload to SharePoint and associated Access database.

Located and analyzed information for gas pipelines in a Geographic Information System (GIS).

Reviewed and potentially annotated documentation related to gas transmission and distribution pipelines.

Performed large scale data analysis to identify and resolve issues with data quality and provide reports of corrective actions to team leadership.
