• Drive interviews and end user interactions with NetApp Sales Operation Managers to determine requirements for data, Oracle Business Intelligence Reports\Dashboards, Service levels, data quality and performance

• Work with Business Users to define Key Performance Indicators to monitor Health of specific Business processes. Assess and Identify potential data sources.
