JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Maintain positive communication with the team.

• Maintain a high level of guest services and make sure that all guest queries or requests are handled in polite and efficient manner.

• To be responsible for the reservation of Room booking, Allotment of Room to the guest.

• To keep an inventory and check it regularly.

• To provide the other departments list of room occupied and room required for the guest arriving on daily bases.

• Established a good working relationship with other departments.

• Ensured the safety and security regulations are made known to all new staff of the department and the guest.

• Preparing the Month End Report, (MIS)

• Ensure that the grooming standards are maintained at all times.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the Rooms, Restaurant, and Banquet hall.

• To make sure that all records are up to date.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

• High School from Mumbai Board
