I formed Shared Equity Investments, LLC as an independent investors network to specialize in unique real estate and investment opportunities including; model home leasebacks, real estate sales & management and shared equity partnerships. I provide sales services for individual investors, real estate agents and investor networks in Arizona and Costa Rica.
2006-2007 GI Specialist. Johnson & Johnson; Pricara division
In addition to growing and maintaining a top performing territory operation, I provided senior mentoring and training support to less tenured sales teams. Lead district in key GI product market share with Aciphex. Successfully launched a 14th new product with J&J exceeding Ultram ER goals.
2004-2006 Niteclub Owner. Shepherds Niteclub; Phoenix, AZ
In addition to working for Johnson & Johnson I formed a partnership to acquire and operate a local niteclub lounge. After two years of long hours and hard earned success the business was sold.
2004-2005 URO Specialist. Johnson & Johnson; Ortho Urology
Promoted by J&J to a new Urology specialty sales team. Produced an immediate impact in the re-versal of a downward sales trend for Ditropan XL. Launched Elmiron to the #2 nationally ranked po-sition.
2002-2003 CNS Specialist. Johnson & Johnson; McNeil Specialty Pharmaceutical
In addition to laying the groundwork for the #1 territory in the country, I also served as Regional trainer, Marketing advisor and Managed care liaison where I negotiated both institutional and com-mercial formulary additions in Arizona. In 2002 I returned to J&J after receiving high level specialty experience and earned the coveted J&J Leadership award.
2000-2002 CNS Specialist. Alza Corporation; Mountain View, CA
Joined a start up CNS Specialty sales force at Alza and become part of one of the most successful product launches in the pharmaceutical industry. The new ADHD product “Concerta" achieved an unprecedented 25% market share impact in only 12 months.
1998-2000 OB/GYN Specialist. Biex Corporation, Dublin, CA
Left J&J to join this start up Biotech company. Sold Salivary estriol diagnostic kits to perinatologists for patients at risk for pre term labor. Grew the Phoenix/Albuquerque/Las Vegas territory to number 2 in the country.
1987-1998 OB/GYN Specialist. Johnson & Johnson; Ortho Pharmaceutical
Started my pharmaceutical career with this premier OB/GYN company at J&J. In addition to growing and maintaining 3 different territories in Arizona I was also responsible for hospital and managed care accounts that were key to the success of the district. I was management trained and slated for promotion shortly after joining Ortho and the pharmaceutical industry. During this period I participated in 11 new product launches which developed my passion for start up opportunities.

Began my post college career as a Sales rep for an emerging computer supplies distributor. Special-ized in the sale of IBM brand computer peripherals as well as other related computer supplies in the Phoenix area.
