Senior Development Manager, Palm, Sunnyvale, CA
• Engineering lead for the bring-up of BlackBerry Connect on the Treo product line. Owned the Research in Motion relationship at the engineering and product level. Managed an extended team of 20 developers to support this strategic initiative for the company. Presented roadmap and dashboard updates to the Executive leadership of the company, as well as made recommendations for product delivery.

• Built and led a team that developed a multi-threaded application (GoodLink) in a single-threaded environment (PalmOS).
