• Planning & Scheduling: Review all the Notifications, release, create order, arrange manpower, material and services and schedule. Generate PM Orders and schedule. Follow-up to ensure all jobs are executed and closed with proper history and time entry.
• Contract Management & Control: Identify the External Service Contract where it is not commercially or technically justified to provide the service in-house. Coordinate/develop required Scope of work. Raise PR and follow-up till Contract is awarded. Arrange kick-off meeting, mobilize the contractor, and coordinate for safety induction and gate passes. On job completion, check contractor’s invoice and approve. Carry out Contractor Performance evaluation and take action for any further improvement required.
• Operating CMMS System: Work as owner of the SAP system for Maintenance module i.e. define/ Update Workflows, Master data (Equipment, Functional Locations, Work-Centers, Material Groups, etc), Maintenance Plans, review SAP system adaptability and conduct various training classes.
• Management of Change (MOC): For any modification project, ensure MOC procedure is followed, i.e. design meets standards, proper approval is obtained, and then procurement and construction of engineered Projects is done. Track MOCs and coordinate till these MOCs are completed, closed and documented properly
• GSEC (EPC Contractor) Pending issues: Review the pending job list from GSEC and follow till closure. Update the Project Warranty Defect Liabilities with GSEC and follow-up for necessary repair/ replacement.
• Materials Planning: Review and update two years operations spares in Bill of Material. Coordinate with maintenance supervisors/ vendors to develop detailed bill of materials and for updating any changes.
• Reporting: Prepare management reports (KPI's) on monthly basis and present it to Operations and maintenance, Prepare Maintenance Department Budget & Cost report, Shut-Down report, monthly/weekly highlights, etc.

Responsibilities completed: - Was responsible to Plan & Schedule for Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Maintenance and Projects for SAFCO-2 & SAFCO-3 Urea Group of Plants.
• Review of corrective maintenance (CM) work-orders raised by Operation, preventive maintenance (PM) work-orders generated from the system, modification/ project work-orders (as per approved Management of Change) and finalize/ formulate scope of work. CMMS software in use was Prism AS/400 & SAP R/3.
• Coordinating for gathering all required information e.g., Technical Documents/ Drawings, Data Sheets, etc.
• If there is any project related job, to ensure that design meets standards, specifications and the alternate deigns or changes are economical, operable and meet safety maintenance and schedule requirements.
