Job Profile – Function & Duties (Last Employed)

Bauxite Mine Operation

Day to day supervision and development of men and HEMM.

Planning and design of bench, haul road and blasting pattern

Quality control, monitoring, inspecting, sampling at pit head in mines

Preparation of daily mining activity MIS and handling of ROM

Project Concept Studies

Identified and networked with cost effective & reliable vendors/ suppliers for purchase of raw materials and project procurements.

Project Management/Planning/Execution

Spearheading activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project

operations for ensuring timely completion as per design and specification.

Studying drawings, plans, layouts for smooth execution of Project.

Coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization &

deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule, estimating & costing within budget,

planning for cash flow requirements, etc.

Maintaining DPR and updating management on progress and status of project.

Conducting periodic project review meetings, preparing MoM, making rapid action plan to achieve the target.

Ascertaining that work is performed in accordance with quality, health and safety work procedures.

Procurement and Logistics

Movement of Major raw material for the Refinery (Bauxite,)

Handling Logistics operations and coordinating with the suppliers in order to achieve the timely availability of the material.

Analysis in terms of reducing the cost of Procurement and logistics by identifying vendors with high quality of Bauxite and least logistics landed cost.

Handling the logistic as well as procurement operation from CENTRAL region(Chattisgarh, M.P.)
