Responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of two residential buildings; keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Perform heavy cleaning duties; cleaning floors, washing walls and glass; removing rubbish

Perform routine maintenance activities and notify management of need for repairs

Grounds keeping; mow lawn, rake leaves, and shovel snow or clean debris from sidewalk

EDUCATION: Roberto Clemente High School- Chicago, IL. (1973-1976)

LANGUAGES: Fluent in Spanish
