ON-SITE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
• Effectively managed all aspects of safety for crews at several Alcoa hydro-electric generation plants. Developed and administered all safety training and orientation for the employees, conducted weekly-scored safety audits with Fluor/Alcoa, provided daily leadership starting with morning “tail-gate” meetings and oversight throughout the day. Chartered and chaired Safety Committees.
• Managed safety for clean-up crews in New Orleans, LA in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
• Set up initial safety programs for the Kuwaiti Oil Company, Kuwait
