SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Launched National Sales Call Center turning it into #2 out of eight regions in four months at Countrywide. Opened start up center with one manager and several processors and loan officers. Hired and trained staff allowing center to become one of best. Gained #2 spot out of eight National Service Centers. Closed over 533 loans for $67M in October 2005. Grew center from one team and less than 10 employees to 10 teams with over 200 employees by year end.

Recruited to turnaround worst performing team, converting it into #2 team in nation for 2004 at Countrywide. Took control of worst performing sales production team which had closed only 17 loans in previous month. Trained, coached and motivated current staff while making several new hires. Improved profits from $6K to $359K in one year. Became first team in company to hit 100 loans funded, improved 488% and closed #2 team at yearend out of 76 total.

Restructured loan processing department, improving quality and increasing loan closures by 100%. Implemented centralization of loan processing to control loans going through underwriting. Reduced returned loan applications from 80% to 20%. Increased quality and elimination of processing errors related to decentralization of the department resulted in the processing of 300 loans per month versus 150.

Executive Management of Call Center, oversaw client relationships, managed lead distribution, pipeline management, implemented new systems, process flows, work flows, and overall production of call center with coordination of other departments including operations, underwriting, secondary and funding.
