AREAS OF EXPOSURES:

Provident Fund Act:

• Responsible for end to end process from registration to filing of provident fund monthly returns of 20,000 employees across India (PAN India) before due date. Filed annual returns successfully before due date. Processed provident fund (PF) withdrawal and claim forms on the regular basis. Handling the statutory notices received against the company if any and coordinates with the provident official’s on regular basis for regular work.

ESIC- Employee State Insurance Act:

• Responsible for end to end process from registration to filing of ESIC- employee state insurance act monthly returns of 20,000 employees across India (PAN India) before due date. Implementing the processing of online server and generating the monthly reports, online filing, generating IP numbers of PAN Indian staff and filing ESIC contributions online for all offices PAN India.

Statutory Notices:

• Liaison & coordinate with Government official’s for providing details, reports, data or documents for inspections follow ups for notices closures and regular updates in regard to revised changes in acts or laws.

Gratuity, S&E Act and all other applicable Acts under The Companies Act, 1956.

Joining formalities:

• Responsible for initiating and conducting the Induction programmes for the new recruits

• Managing HR backend processes like maintenance of employee database, personal records etc

• Issuing the Mobile No’s, E-mail ID’s & Business cards to the employees.

Training:

• Preparing the training calendar in discussion with Executive Director and Technical Director for both need based and half yearly training programs

• Organizing sessions as per the schedule

• Ensure the collection of training feedback and responsible for the analysis on the same with the authorities concerned.

Performance Appraisal:

• Coordination with the Senior Management in the formation of an Appraisal Team & Prepare the schedule for the Performance appraisals and correspondence with the team

• Coordinate the periodic Performance appraisals as per the schedule (Self appraisals coordination)

Relieving/ Termination:

• Discussion with the employee for the retention possibility

• Conducting Exit interviews and documents the same

• Issuing the relieving and experience letters

• Clearance formalities and maintaining the records

Employee Relations:

• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the Company, both verbally and in writing

• Daily attendance and leave details

• Coordinate with team and ensure the preparation of the monthly attendance reports for the pay calculation.

• Cross verify the report for the accuracy and forward the report to Accounts

• Maintain the database of the birthdays and anniversaries of the employees and sending wishes

• Organize the organizational events like annual day celebrations, get-to-gathers, picnics etc.

• Regular interaction with the employees and maintain PR

• Employee grievance handling and counselling them.

• Discuss the feedback with the Executive Director and work out the possibilities.
