I successfully developed startup mortgage brokerage including expansion into other states. I created all marketing flyers, brochures, real estate marketing program and forms for loan officers and AE’s. Located and implemented lead development firms to generate additional business. I prepared contracts for all loan processing responsibilities. I prepared all Good Faith Estimates/RESPA documents and closed many loans in-house. Initiated new Lender contacts as well as brought in and trained new loan employees.

As an Independent company Owner I am responsible for all aspects of mortgage loan origination as well as lead generation and prospecting. I developed all conforming and non-conforming relationships with over 150 lenders. I trained all new account executives and loan officers and closed many loans myself. We sold and rented all types of coffee and espresso equipment as well as managed kiosks to a variety of clientele.
