Secured a market niche for a start-up environmental technology in Oil & Gas with analytic, targeted and innovative approaches.

• Identified opportunities & developed materials to clearly compare Seair’s unique value vs the competition.

• Created an innovative template calculator to ensure that Seair’s value-added effect on price became factored into cost.

• Developed rapport with Alberta Environment and led a company team on an initiative to obtain the support that enabled a sales opportunity.

• Expanded distribution to include every Province and Territory by initiating start-ups and enrolling competitive Distributors to fill gaps.

• Developed strategies and initiated distribution into 8 US States.

• Recommended acquisitions that effectively secured our largest piece of business and eliminated our chief GM issues.
