OBJECTIVE

Aspiring to be a Assistant General Manager or any related position commensurate to my qualifications.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Over 20 years experience working in the hotel department of several cruise ships, casino vessels, mega-yacht, and offshore vessels.

• Handled administrative and clerical positions on board which includes taking minutes on HSE meetings, USPH, Customs and Maritime inspections.

• Assist department heads in cabin inspections, conduct periodic meetings with department heads, crew welfare committee, arranging monthly crew party.

• Payroll management, calculations of salaries and wages, remittance, vacation planning, cabin/berth assignments, issuance of IDs, ships regulations.

• Worked with various nationalities, deals with immigration, customs, harbor officials specially when clearing ships in and out of each port.

• Prepares crew list, passenger list, maintains ships documents and submits reports to the main office, Coordinates with port ship agents.

• Settles disputes among crewmembers, manage grievance committee, meets with department heads in interviewing crewmember slated for promotions or transfers.

• Other side duties assigned by the Hotel Manager and by the main office.
