CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (2011 – 2012)
Three location independently owned rotary and flat die manufacturer with over 100 employees.
As result of recent acquisitions and declining sales, was heavily leveraged and top heavy in Sr. Management.
Duties in included analysing all income and expense line items and recommending programs for increasing sales and reducing expenses.
Realized bottom line savings in workers compensation rate renewal, renegotiating lease renewals, and restructuring existing debt, as well as essential line item expense reductions.
Restructured existing sales program to incentivise sales team, reduce overhead and increase sales.
Designed and instituted cost analysis program identifying actual operating, manufacturing and fixed over head costs with comparison to each cost center.
Developed and instituted monthly and annual budget vs. actual comparison.
Provided Sr. Mgmt. with daily operating reports charting actual vs. historical vs. budgeted performance.

Reorganized lending staff and improved overall loan underwriting criteria.

Bank originally purchased from FDIC in 1987 as failed institution.
Grew assets from 37 million to 180 million.
Acquired new mortgage division that funded in excess of 100 million per month through 9 loan production offices.
Developed and instituted new SBA loan production department funding in excess of 10 million annually.
Bank was consistently rated as a Premier Performing Bank with an A+ rating.
Developed strong relationships and worked closely with area chambers of commerce and local business leaders.
Previous banking background dates back to October 1977 beginning as a collection supervisor
