Graduated from Campbell Memorial High School in June of 1988, with a diploma in the Business Course.

JCPenney, Boardman, OH September 2003 to Present

I am currently employed in the replenishment department. I am responsible for processing and scanning the shoe stock for sale in the store as well as various other departments. I assist with the sorting of the items from the delivery truck. I am also responsible for the cleanliness of all the areas of the stockroom and the store.

Bike Nashbar, Canfield, OH August 1992 to March 1998

I was employed as a lead worker in the shipping department. I was responsible for processing orders for shipment and supervising employees. I then transferred to the customer service department. Specializing in customers returned orders. I also, assisted in all departments for inventory.

I was employed as a packer in the shipping department. I processed orders for Phar-Mor Inc. stores.

Hills Department Store, Youngstown, OH October, 1989 to October 1991

I was employed as a customer service specialist, assisting customers with purchases and refunds, categorize merchandise, and also, assisted at the jewelry counter and front registers when needed.

St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Youngstown, OH August 1989 to November 1989

I was employed as a clerk typist in the out-patient pharmacy. I typed labels, did computerized billings, dispensed counter meds, took orders for patient and employee prescription refills, categorized requisitions, completed forms, phoned departments for pick-ups and billed them on the computer.
