Project: IT Infrastructure Renewal and ERP implementation

Description:

• Supported all of their computers, their main ERP and Back office software, Windows Servers, and IT Customer Services (business center, free Internet, printing services, POS terminals, etc.).

• Upgraded the Telephone system to Asterisk, extended its capacity and features up to the company two branches, managed the vendor and overall voice services, installed an ATA for Voip.

• Upgraded databases, Services, Sockets and Interfaces (with POS System, Web Res, Accounting, etc

• Set up IIS 6.0 server with a 2048 bit SSL Certificate for web reservation and credit cards charges.
