Shri Badrinarain Alloys & Steels Limited is a TMT Re-bars manufacturing unit with the facilities like DRI unit followed by SMS Unit and Rolling Mill for TMT production. My responsibilities includes-

As a Manager-Quality Control

Guiding the Quality team (Both Physical and Chemical Lab) for testing and inspection of steel products

Monitoring day to day Testing and Inspection of Billets and TMT Bars ( Both Physical and Chemical Analysis)as per process requirements

Monitoring the quality standard for incoming raw materials for Melting like Sponge Iron. Silico- Manganese (SiMn), Coal, Pig Iron etc.

Maintaining quality standard of Billets and TMT bars as per standard specifications

Trouble-shooting of the problem during Melting, Casting and Rolling operation

Giving suggestions for process improvement so as to upgrade products quality

Analysis for minimizing rejections during production
