Work History:
01/2011 – 03/2011:
Tek Systems – IT Contractor
Represented Tek Systems as an IT contractor at the Lowe’s corporate offices in Mooresville, NC. A dedicated printer support technician (Lexmark printers- color, and laser), and break/fix of Lenovo/IBM laptops, desktops, and thin-client PCs. This was a contract position for about ten weeks. Also helped with imaging, and data migration.

Insight Global
• A contract employee with insight global, worked on PMs’ (preventive maintenance) on Pos systems of the Harris Teeter Stores in the NC & SC territories for a period of six weeks.
• Also with Insight Global (contract job) worked on the Wells Fargo Bank PC Refresh Project that lasted about three months. The refresh involved imaging the PC’s, and staging each unit with the different peripherals (printers, scanners etc) attached, tested, and making sure everything is in working order, then box up the equipment, and ship to the different branch sites for the local techs to install upon arrival.
4/02 – 10/09: NCR
• Customer Engineer ( Field Technician)
• Install, and update software, and hardware on customers’ equipment.
• Both front end, and back office (HP, IBM, Dell, & NCR) Servers & Controllers.
• Supported/Serviced Wal-Mart, Lowes Hardware, and Food Lion Stores in Charlotte, and surrounding areas/cities.
• Installed/upgraded new IBM & NCR (self – checkout units) at customer sites.
• Involved with staging and testing of equipment/system software, and hardware at staging area/arena before installation at customer’s site.
• Monitored project rollout schedule from start to finish, and made necessary adjustments to accommodate delays, and technical/logistical difficulties.
• Submitted a full/detailed technical (installation/project) report to project rollout coordinator/manager.
• Maintained other POS peripherals such as printers (Lexmark, Genicom, LaserJet, and Inkjet) HH scanners, scales.
• Also serviced ATM’s (first line maintenance), and other financial equipment such as SPP (single pocket proof 7766), I-Tran 7780, and lock boxes for clients such as Wells Fargo(previously Wachovia Bank), Bank of America, BB&T, and SunTrust.
