•Use of Microstation, AutoCAD and Visio to design network facilities including Wireless to Wireless, DS1, DS3, OCX, Microwave and Metro SONET Rings, Wiring Schematics, and entrance facilities.

•Responsible for creating Transport Engineering Construction Document Packages (ECD).

•Provide system/circuit documentation and red line updates to the Document Management System (DMS) and Circuit Database (CDB).
