Project Manager
Perform lifecycle project management for the migration of 900 applications, 200 instances, and 400 servers for the Boeing Data Center located in Kent, WA. Provide all planning, direction, and coordination of activities for projects to ensure all project goals are achieved within appropriate timeframes and budgets. Communicate with clients, customers, and suppliers to ensure all needs are met. Created new plans with milestones and perform resource allocation.
Key Achievements:
• Selected to assist in a large initiative to migrate a new data center for Boeing from Seattle to Phoenix, which included project scheduling, design assessment, and working with a $20M project budget.

Oversaw a $10.3M budget and direction of 34 technical staff (helpdesk, desktop support, security analysts, and network, Wintel & UNIX System, and Oracle/Sybase/SQL administrators) serving more than 500 users across 10 cities.
