JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Looking all QA/QC activities of all types of anti-corrosive coatings viz. Three Layer PE/PP, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (Single/Double Layer), Concrete Weight Coating etc. Manpower planning , training, raw material planning & calculations for FBE, PE & Concrete Coatings etc. Handled Exxon Mobil Project (FBE & CWC of Pipe Size 24” & 20”). Presently handling the Shell Project ,contractor is Daewoo (PE & CWC of Pipe Size 12” & 8” NB), Blasting & Painting Inspection of piping, structural steel for the offshore - Splash zone particularly Deck, galvanized steel, ladders, platforms, handrail assemblies, risers, column, beams & other subsea components of Major Integrity Project (MIPS) & Offshore Construction Installation Program (OCIP) ( MPN-Offshore Construction).

Worked in Organization Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd., Anjar (Anti Corrosion Pipe Coating Division). Largest pipe manufacturing company in the World.

Achievement

6 months worked in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA for Project work ( i.e. Training, Supervision ,Instrument procurement, Lab. Set up , Quality System implementation) at Welspun Tubular LLC pipe Coating Plant. Personally involved in Plant Qualifications of FBE & Internal Coating for Gulf South Project of Pipe Size 34”OD.
