• Advisory capacity with the Department of Defense supporting the US Military in Baghdad Iraq.

• Regularly translate Secrete and Unclassified documents from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic-(official letters, Story Board, STREPs, Media for J9, Power point slides, Excel documents, etc.) within a specified time frame that doesn’t exceed 24 hours depending on the length of the job.

• Regularly Translate secret letters and training presentation for the USF-I DCGO in Al-Faw Palace in Baghdad, from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic.

• Presently working side by side with the USF-I on many missions translating and interrupting verbal meetings and one on one meetings between USF-I leaders and their counterparts within the MOD and IGFC, in additions to, updating them about any necessary, cultural, political and current matters and issues.

• Translating, documenting and reporting any urgent and critical news to the JOC J-9 and the JOC CHOPS.

• Constantly staying up to date with current Iraqi news, events, and holidays.

• Responsible on a daily basis for answering a sensitive tip line to help recover missing US citizens (Army and Civilians) in Iraq.

• Regularly work with J-9 Media translating a series of verbal and written classes in media at the IGFC to help train, advise and assist the Iraqi Army on how to best conduct media photography, interviews and video.

• Arrange meetings for the Deputy of J33 with the GOI (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice & Ministry of Human Rights) for KLE (Key Leader Engagements), and attended meetings to facilitate interpretations, in addition to documenting important notes.

• Making sure while translating or interpreting conversations to maintain the integrity and meaning of the material while having a sense of thorough understanding of translation strategies and directives.

• Supported the USF-I missions by coordinating and translating meetings and socials in various parts of Baghdad and provided cultural standpoints and insight on Iraq's historical, geopolitical development.

• Ready upon request for any missions and willing to travel and work on constant missions throughout Iraq and where ever the mission requires.
