PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2005 to 2008 I have been the sole caretaker for my Elderly Ill Parents. One who had a
stroke and the other a heart attack. I have been relieved of those duties from another family member who has retired.
2005 Western Mechanical Inc, Fairbanks Alaska
Mechanical Contracting Consultant in Fairbanks. In charge of Negotiating Final Contract Pricing with all change orders included. Duties included the tracking and re-estimating of all changes to the contract and submitting the final bill for final payment. While there I was certified by the Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management for Contractors.
1999 to 2005 Randall Mechanical Inc. Tampa, Florida (no longer in business)
Senior Project Manager in Charge of 5 projects reporting only to the V.P. and CEO. My duties included manpower allocation and scheduling, Schedule of values and monthly billing, Subcontractor supervision, change order correlation to the project, submittal tracking and help write the Project Management Manual for the Company.

1995 to 1997 Facility Works Inc. Fort Worth Texas
Senior Estimator/Project Manager writing of a Project Management procedure in parallel with the Q.C. Procedure. As senior Estimator I had control of three estimators and made sure all the subcontractors were involved in each bid. Final numbers were arrived by myself and the V.P. Operations for the company. I also had time to bid a few project from time to time.
1991 to 1995 Fluor Daniels Environmental D.O.E.
As an Associate Engineer I was in charge of all projects with the CRU4 boundaries, which included the Uranium Silos Vitrification Project for the Vitrifying of Uranium to Nevada for Storage. Also was in charge of the estimate for the following years budget of CRU4 cost analysis.
As Area Project Manager for chemical operation in radiological areas I was in charge of the Urinyl Nitrate Hexafluoride Neutralization Project, The Hydrofluoric Acid Neutralization Project. In charge of 45 men with budget and manpower loading for those men. This D.O.E. project was part of the Fernald Environmental decommissioning project.
1989 to 1991 Production Design Services Inc. Dayton Ohio
As Lead Project Engineer for Production Design Services Inc. I was in charge of an 18 Tank Above Ground Tank Farm fully diked and encased in special concrete. Reporting only to the Plant Manager Of Navistar International. I also completed a High Rise Warehouse Sprinkler Retrofit.
1977 to 1989 Foreman Mechanical and Delta Mechanical
Worked as a Estimator and Junior Project Manager for both Companies.
Delta Mechanical Purchased Foreman Mechanical and I then moved to just
Estimating.
