• Reduced Liner Operations Cluster fines and penalties by 92%, amounting to $284k through Royalty and Assessment Visual Management System and process optimization.

• Developed first-ever Consolidated Invoicing System (COINS) reconciliation model, identifying revenue leakage of missed invoicing amounting to $6.2 million.

• Restored the COINS system to functionality, which handles nearly 11% of total NAM Maersk Line invoices. $475 million dollars invoiced annually.

• Coached two additional Green Belts to certification May 2012.

Mærsk Line USA, Agency Accounts Payable (AP) – Manager, Working Capital and Dashboard Controls

• Selected as Process Excellence Coach for Process Management Workshop 2.0 for AR Collections.

• Coached GR IR Account Clearing project leader to eliminating all unresolved items >90 days, resulting in a first ever green dashboard grading.

• Named Consolidated Invoicing System project Co-lead for the Accounts Receivable Process Review team (ARPR) October 2011.

• Selected for ARPR team to optimize and streamline all Accounts Receivable Processes October 2011.

• Lifted the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) by 8.65 days resulting in a benefit of $1.5 million.
