• Developed an Excel based tool for load planning that used corporate pick volume forecasts and historical data to more accurately pre-tender outbound loads. Resulted in reduced charges for load cancellations.

• Managed inbound/outbound freight to support facility goals for efficiency, freight costs and trailer detention charges.
