The backbone of the project is Eagle PACE which provides Account and Security information to all interface Applications and Business use number of PACE reports.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in Production Support of their Eagle System, resolving job failure, solving user request(Technical and Functional)

• Engaged in developing Unix script for new development and scheduling jobs in Autosys which trigger PACE events.

• Presenting Weekly status report to Application team and I am involved single point of contact for Eagle PACE.

Details: The project is production Support project for our client The Northern Trust (Chicago). This Eagle product based System was developed for The Northern trust for investment management. It provides facilities for trading and reconciliation and also has storage facilitates for maintaining client data and generating customized reports for the clients. It is a 24 X 7 system where in Hexaware has to monitor and provide fixes for the system.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in Production Support of their Eagle System, resolving job abend, solving user request(Technical and Functional)

• Service Information Request work that includes change requirement in different components of Eagle according to Business users

• Creating and Managing New Change Requests for any enhancements in the system

Customizations as specified by the client.

• Development of Functional / Technical Specification with respect to client’s requirement(SIR Team)

• Code Review and Testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing).
