To ensure all the requirements ( including government rules and regulations) are fully qualified and completed. Tracked the goods order timely and honored the payments without delay. Excellent communication and negotiation skill with customers, banks, forwarders and all the parties involved to complete the import and export assessment and guarantee the smooth of all transaction. For Export

Focused on better investment decision, technical analysis, guidance to new project and deliver results as need. Managed in coordinating LC, bill of collection, resolved problems related to shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certification of origin, insurance policy, steamship/air-release, DOT Hazardous, etc.) Ensuing compliance with all the requirements including letter of indemnity, FOB, CFR, CIF, and BLS, COO, FTA etc. Negotiated the discrepancies and settle the payment on time. Reconciliation and investigation outstanding project.

Responsible for Monthly Import & Export Report and Treasury Cash Report to the Head Office, handled special projects.

Treasury (Cash) Management
