Senior Account Executive –New Clients, Inc.

Consulting Role

Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training sales and marketing teams selling payroll, tax work, financial planning and other types of financial services. Traveling nationwide 75% of the time. Successfully completed over 160 projects, teaching sales representatives how to sell accounting services to small to medium sized businesses. Field training the reps as well as class room training.

Sales Role

Selling NCI’s Client Acquisition Program to accounting firms throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico via phone and internet Webinars. Successfully sold over $250,000 in program sales in only eight months. Providing full support of the programs implementation, follow up and consulting with CPA’s to achieve firm’s goals.

Client Services Representative-Gary Pedlar, CPA

As a local client service representative for the same program above, sold services of the CPA firm to small and medium sized businesses. Established over 165 new accounts servicing clients on a monthly based program. Recruited to this firm by NCI, transferring to Corporate NCI offices when this program became well established. This was accomplished through utilizing a call center, cold-calling, referrals and relationship building.

Territory Sales Manager-United Church Directories

Territory sales of pictorial directories to various Churches within the state of Texas. Increased client based by 50% in one year. Managed sales consultants and photography teams, directed budget, and productivity requirements. National Sales Champion Award.

Territory Sales Manager-K.C.K., Inc.

Outside sales to various retail chains stores selling variety of products such as: school supplies, health & beauty supplies, ethnic hair care products. Increased sales and territory by 33% in one year by effectively cold calling and managing the territory as the company directed.

General Manager-Retail

Fifteen years experience with three national retail chains. Full P&L responsibilities for retail craft and general merchandise stores with 40-60 employees. Managed a 56,000 sq foot store containing district offices and district manager with annual sales in excess of 5 million dollars per year. Successfully opened and managed several stores with complete setup responsibilities, surpassing all sales and profit margin goals at every location.
